Warranty Policy & Triple R Support
This Warranty Policy is issued by REGURU Global Private Limited (“REGURU”) for products purchased from REGURU stores or authorized REGURU channels.
By purchasing a product or submitting it for warranty service, the customer agrees to the terms below.
1) Warranty Overview
REGURU provides limited warranty support on eligible laptops and devices, based on the selected warranty plan at the time of purchase.
Warranty is applicable only when:
- The product is within the warranty period
- The product is in neat and eligible condition
- The defect is confirmed by REGURU technicians
2) Warranty Validity
Warranty begins on the Invoice Date and remains valid for the duration specified on the invoice/warranty card.
Important: REGURU warranty is a limited warranty and does not guarantee “free replacement in all cases.” Eligibility depends on inspection and policy conditions.
3) Pan-India Warranty Support
Customers can claim warranty across India at any REGURU store where REGURU operates, regardless of where the product was purchased.
Example: Purchased in Bengaluru → Warranty claim possible in Hyderabad, Mysuru, Chennai, etc.
4) Triple R Policy (Rapid Replacement / Repair Support)
The Triple R Policy is a customer support benefit for quick continuity.
Triple R Validity
- Applicable till the 365th day from purchase date (within warranty period)
Triple R Emergency Exchange Support
If eligible and approved:
- Customer can avoid waiting standard repair turnaround

Replacement may be provided within 30 minutes at nearest REGURU store
Subject to availability + verification.
5) Standard Repair Timeline
If replacement is not applicable:
- Diagnostic and repair may take up to 48 working hours
- In rare cases (parts / technical complexity), repairs may take longer
REGURU will provide the best possible solution based on stock and service feasibility.
6) What This Warranty Covers
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal functional failures such as:
- Booting issues due to hardware failure
- Display failure not caused by physical damage
- Motherboard faults due to manufacturing defects
- RAM/SSD/charging issues (subject to inspection)
- Battery issues as per plan eligibility
Final confirmation depends on technician verification.
7) What Is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
Warranty / Triple R benefits will NOT apply to:
A) Physical & Liquid Damage
- Body cracks, dents, broken hinges, broken ports
- Screen cracks, pressure marks, dead pixels due to impact
- Water/liquid damage, corrosion, moisture signs
- Burn marks, melted parts, short circuits due to external sources
B) Misuse & Mishandling
- Dropping, improper handling, negligence
- Overheating due to blocked ventilation or misuse
- Incorrect voltage usage or faulty external adapters
C) Unauthorized Modification
- Device opened by third-party technicians
- Tampering with stickers/seals/serial numbers
- Use of non-compatible components causing failure
D) Software & Data
- OS corruption, virus/malware
- Driver errors, application issues
- Data recovery and data loss
Note: Customers must backup data. REGURU is not responsible for loss of data during repair/replacement.
8) Product Condition Requirement (Strict)
Warranty and Triple R apply only if device is:
Clean and neat condition
No liquid marks
No cracks/dents
No tampering
If any exclusion is found, REGURU may:
- Reject warranty claim, OR
- Offer paid service/repair, OR
- Offer alternative support as per feasibility
9) Replacement Terms (If Eligible)
Replacement under warranty / Triple R is not automatic.
If approved:
- Replacement may be same model and same configuration, OR
-
same or higher configuration, subject to stock availability.
Stock Availability Clause
If same model/config is unavailable:
REGURU may provide:
- Equivalent model/config, OR
- Higher configuration model, OR
- Deferred replacement option (as per feasibility)
10) Standby / Temporary Laptop Support (Optional Feature)
In approved cases, REGURU may provide a standby laptop temporarily until repair is completed, subject to:
- availability at the service store
- matching or higher configuration where possible
Note: Standby device is not an “exchange” and must be returned after service completion.
11) Verification & Approval Process
All warranty claims require verification of:
- Invoice / proof of purchase
- Warranty period validity
- Physical inspection
- Technician diagnostics
REGURU reserves the right to:
- Approve / reject the claim
- Offer repair or replacement
- Provide alternative solution (standby, upgrade option, paid service, etc.)
12) Limitation of Liability (Strong Legal Protection)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- REGURU’s liability is limited to repair/replacement/service support as per this policy.
- REGURU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including:
- loss of business
- loss of profits
- loss of data
- downtime or delay-related losses
13) Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
REGURU has strict anti-fraud checks. Warranty will be void if:
- false information is provided
- product damage is intentionally hidden
- serial number mismatch is found
- manipulated/tampered devices are submitted
REGURU may deny service in such cases.
14) Final Authority Clause
All warranty and Triple R decisions are final and solely at the discretion of REGURU based on:
- inspection findings
- service feasibility
- inventory availability
- policy compliance
Customer Declaration
By purchasing or submitting a product for warranty service, the customer confirms:

- I have read and accepted REGURU Warranty Policy & Triple R terms.
- I understand warranty does not apply for physical/water damage or tampering.
- I agree that REGURU technicians’ inspection findings are final for eligibility.
- I understand REGURU is not responsible for data loss.
