1) Warranty Coverage
REGURU Global Private Limited (“REGURU”) provides warranty support for laptops and eligible products purchased from REGURU stores as per the warranty plan selected at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and functional hardware issues confirmed by REGURU technicians during inspection.
2) Warranty Validity Period
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.

Triple R Policy (Rapid Replacement / Repair Support) is applicable up to the 365th day from the purchase date (within warranty period), subject to eligibility.
3) Warranty Applicable Across India
Customers can claim warranty and service benefits across India, at any REGURU store where REGURU operates, irrespective of the store of purchase.
4) Triple R Policy Highlights
REGURU Triple R policy is designed to support customers during emergency situations.
If eligible:
- Customer may request quick exchange/replacement
- Replacement may be provided within 30 minutes from the nearest REGURU store (subject to availability and verification)
- Customer need not wait for standard repair turnaround time (up to 48 working hours)
Note: Triple R is provided only after inspection and approval.
5) Warranty Eligibility Conditions (Very Important)
Warranty and Triple R policy apply only if the product is returned/produced in neat, original, and physically safe condition.
If the product has any disqualifying condition, warranty will be treated as void or chargeable service will apply.
6) What is NOT Covered Under Warranty / Triple R
Warranty and Triple R are not applicable in the following cases:

Physical damage (dents, body cracks, broken hinges, broken ports)

Water or liquid damage
- Burn marks / electrical damage due to external factors
- Screen cracks / display damage caused by mishandling
- Missing accessories / missing parts / tampered seals
- Unauthorized repair or opening by third-party technicians
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling or incorrect voltage supply
- Data loss, OS corruption, viruses, malware (not covered under hardware warranty)
7) Replacement & Stock Availability
Under warranty replacement / Triple R:
- REGURU may provide the same model/configuration, OR
-
same or higher configuration product, depending on stock availability at store.
Final replacement decision is based on:
- Technician report
- Stock availability
- Product eligibility verification
8) Service & Repair Timeline
Standard repair and diagnostics may take up to 48 working hours, depending on the issue and part availability.
Emergency exchange may be provided through Triple R if the product is eligible.
9) Final Authority & Dispute Handling
All warranty decisions, eligibility confirmations, replacements and service actions are subject to:
- Technical inspection outcome

Verification of invoice and warranty validity

Company policy and operational feasibility
REGURU holds the final authority to approve, reject or offer alternate service solution in warranty matters.
Customer Declaration
By purchasing from REGURU and/or submitting a product for warranty claim, the customer agrees that:
- The product will be inspected by REGURU technicians before approval.
- Warranty/Triple R is valid only if the device has no physical/water damage or tampering.
- REGURU is not liable for data loss, and customers are advised to maintain backups.
- REGURU’s decision on warranty eligibility, repair or replacement is final and binding.
- Replacement device (if issued) may be same or higher configuration depending on availability.
