Q1) Can I claim warranty in any REGURUstore across India?

Yes. Warranty is valid across all REGURU
stores in India.

Q2) Triple R policy is applicable tillwhen?

Triple R is valid till the 365th day
from purchase date (within warranty).

Q3) If my laptop stops working, willREGURU replace it immediately?

Replacement depends on inspection and
eligibility. If eligible under Triple R, replacement may be provided fast
(within ~30 minutes) depending on store stock.

Q4) What if I have urgent work and can’twait 48 hours?

You can request Triple R emergency
exchange
at nearest REGURU store. If eligible, you can get another laptop
quickly.

Q5) Will physical damage be coveredunder Triple R?

No. Any physical damage or liquid damage
makes the device ineligible.

Q6) Is software issue covered underwarranty?

No. Software, virus, OS issues and data
recovery are not covered under hardware warranty.

Q7) If the same model isn’t available,what happens?

REGURU may provide equivalent or higher
configuration device based on stock.

Q8) Do I need to carry invoice forwarranty claim?

Yes.
Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Q9) Who decides warranty eligibility?

REGURU technician inspection and internal
policy verification decides eligibility. REGURU has final authority.

Q10) Can I get standby laptop duringrepair?

In selected cases, REGURU may provide a
standby laptop (subject to availability). It must be returned after repair
completion.
