Yes. Warranty is valid across all REGURU
stores in India.
Triple R is valid till the 365th day
from purchase date (within warranty).
Replacement depends on inspection and
eligibility. If eligible under Triple R, replacement may be provided fast
(within ~30 minutes) depending on store stock.
You can request Triple R emergency
exchange at nearest REGURU store. If eligible, you can get another laptop
quickly.
No. Any physical damage or liquid damage
makes the device ineligible.
No. Software, virus, OS issues and data
recovery are not covered under hardware warranty.
REGURU may provide equivalent or higher
configuration device based on stock.
Yes.
Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
REGURU technician inspection and internal
policy verification decides eligibility. REGURU has final authority.
In selected cases, REGURU may provide a
standby laptop (subject to availability). It must be returned after repair
completion.
